All Food Vendors must provide Business License and Certificate of Insurance to the Parish (St. Martha Catholic Church and The Roman Catholic Bishop of San Bernardino, A Corporation Sole), which provides evidence of General Liability coverage of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence. Higher coverage may be necessary for larger events ($5,000,000 for transportation). The Vendor also agrees to have the Parish and The Roman Catholic Bishop of San Bernardino, A Corporation Sole named as “Additional Insured, or Additional Protected Person(s)” on its general liability policy, at minimum, for the date of the event.

Es posible que se requiera una cobertura mayor para eventos de mayor magnitud ($5,000,000 para servicios de transporte).

Asimismo, el vendedor acepta incluir a la Parroquia y a The Roman Catholic Bishop of San Bernardino, A Corporation Sole como “Asegurados Adicionales o Personas Adicionales Protegidas” (Additional Insured or Additional Protected Person(s)) en su póliza de responsabilidad civil general, como mínimo, durante la fecha del evento.
